A. It was my first Bimmer, so the excitement was pretty high.
B. I live with my iPhone permanently affixed to my right hand, so checking was essentially muscle memory. I wouldn't have checked as often if I had to pull out my laptop and log into MyBMW. Laziness beats out obsessiveness in this case
