The 03-04 SVT Cobras were also underrated from the factory. They were rated at 390 hp / 390 torque from the factory, but people were consistently pulling 370 rwhp / 370 rwtq on a dynojet bone stock. With a simple pulley swap and a tune you were at 460 rwhp / 440 rwtq.
To this day, I still think the 03/04 Cobra was one of the best bang for your buck performance cars in terms of power and 1/4 mile times.

03/04 is the single greatest mustang ever built. Still runs the streets rapping folks left and right. I bought one brand new in 2004 when I returned from Iraq. Still miss that car to this day. Bigger blower and simple bolt-ons and I made 655/637 on 20lbs of boost. God I loved that car...
