I emailed BMS regarding my N55HP and this was his response:
Both our N55 stage 1 or stage 2 tune will work with your motor, however stage 1 will not get you more then about 10-15 HP since you have the HP motor already and its more then stock from the factory. Our tunes do not increase MPG's however a lot of people claim it has gone up with the JB4, possibly the advanced timing and the advanced efficiency but the tunes are intended for greater power, and passing power through the entire RPM range. You must order the F10 535i version on either one and a type B harness for a 2014.
