this is happening to me as well. My car was at the dealership 4 times for the same problem and they found some piece of metal from the frame broken and rubbing on the rails causing the noise. They changed the bottom frame and padding and now is making noise only when turning. BMW didn't want to change the seat cause they couldn't duplicate the noise . Of course you can't duplicate the noise if the car is seating at the dealership
anybody had a similar experience ?
