Last year I was close to picking up a late production 2013 M5 that a dealer up in Wisconsin had. They were not desperate to get rid of it unfortunately (and I loved the color and options - except no LED of course). And then March came around and the ability to lease was gone. I think they had the car until late last year if I remember correctly.
You MIGHT want to check into a 3rd party leasing company however....
