Update as of end Feb 2014.
I've changed the stats a little, adding date ranges for the various options and a graph of numbers produced per day at the end. The source of the data has been changed, so the exact names may be slightly different. I've found that the data needs to be cross referenced between different sources to get accurate data. I've also added data for the special editions, including a new one that appeared in cars built in February, 'M Package Dark Chrome'
