It was a tight squeeze to get my arm under the top of the bumper to reach the taps from the back, but the method I'd recommend rather than just pulling it off. I fitted black grills, or atleast tried to. They didn't fit well and so I put the OEM grills back on. Glad I didn't damage any tabs taking them off.
