m6beast's car doesn't have the CEL either. Sounds like some get the light and some don't. Most get the light.

COULD IT BE THE FUEL THAT RESULTS IN SOME HAVING CEL ON AND OTHERS NOT WHEN CATLESS?
my 2007 M6 Cab with V10 with K&N cold air intake and Eissenman Sport Cat Back would have the CEL on if I ran anything other than Shell 91 Octane/V-power (and here in Victoria BC we have no ethanol blended in our Shell 91/V-power)
WHAT FUEL ARE THE OTHERS WHO ARE CATLESS AND NO CEL ON RUNNING?
As for the warantee issue, I think they will be good about it based on past cars and performance mods ... just seem a little reluctant to make a mod that could cause a problem ... some new staff in higher rolls as others more senior moved along to other brands under the German Auto Import Network (Namely moved from Victoria BMW to Porsche Centre Victoria)
