BMW claiming 4.1 and Mercedes claiming 4.4, car manufacturers can claim whatever they want, BMW used to claim high but now it seems they are claiming more accurate numbers (like the X3 35i at 5.5 and the 335 xdrive at 4.7).

a couple car magazines have already tested the CLS63 at 3.8, while the M5 has been tested anywhere from 3.7-4.1

also about a year after the M6 GC actually goes on sale, the CLS63 will have AWD (which they stated will only add 112 pounds) and a power boost (550 hp for base and 575 for performance package) according to recent articles. Mercedes is expecting the new E63 and CLS63 to have 3.4 second 0-60 times.
