If I were you I'd go with the vehicle that spoke the most to me. If you don't like a car you tolerate it and then IMHO the slightest things bug you and you always look for what you missed out on. That's not enjoying the car and what you've spent your hard earned money for IMHO.
As for Msport vs non-Msport....well you can retrofit an Msport aero package onto the non-Msport car if that is what moves you the most. I chose M-Sport as both the 5 series and 6 series I've seen without it while they have nice lines seem incomplete without it.
As for the lip very few folks seem to make a lip for the Non-Msport models I've seen especially when shopping for my 550i about a year ago. Found little non-M sport lips or diffusers.
