Starting in 2004, Evolution Racewerks is a custom fabrication shop that develops quality upgrades for BMW’s legendary engines.

Evolution Racewerks has been trusted by various motorsports clients such as Formula D race teams, Time Attack teams, Rally Racing teams, and also for project builds in SEMA, D-Sport Magazine, Eurotuner Magazine, and Project Car Magazine.

Evolution Racewerks’s team of skilled welders (TIG & MIG) are capable of working with steel, stainless, aluminum and titanium to create exhaust upgrades that add power.

Evolution Racewerks has created two different types of downpipes suited for your project F10/F12 goals. These downpipes are designed to let exhaust flow more freely thus creating more power. These downpipes are compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust options, and are plug and play.

Every product is also available with an optional black ceramic thermal coating that keeps heat from the exhaust gasses from leaking out of the downpipes, thus keeping engine bay temperatures low.

Competition Series Catless Downpipes



The Competition Series Catless Downpipe is designed to remove as much restriction as possible for the S63TU. It is constructed out of 304 grade stainless steel and utilizes 3” mandrel bent piping. By deleting the catalytic converter, the largest restriction in the factory exhaust, performance is improved greatly.

Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes



The Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes feature a 200 cell metallic core. With less cells per square inch, the exhaust gasses pass through the downpipe more freely compared to a stock downpipe. This doesn’t just improve power, but also reduces turbo lag and improves throttle response. This downpipe also features a metallic catalytic converter, which withstands higher temperatures better compared to the factory ceramic catalytic converter.
