0-60 mph is not the same as 0-100 kmh.
100 kmh is 62.14 mph.
This explains about 0.2 seconds of the discrepancy, and I bet the rest is due to conditions, driver skill, etc.
Recently, BMW seems to err with most data on the conservative side.
