its about the same but thats just a sticker price. its goes down till 29.5 KD.as for options they are almost all standard nothing special in the 650's in kuwait. no nappa leather no M-sport package no B&O speakers no ceramic controls no contrast stiching no head up display no stop and go active cruise control ..etc basically its just a 650 with no options( and they tell u its fully loaded in the dealer!)
