I would leave them alone unless either you plan to disassemble the brakes and have the calipers powder coated. Painting calipers have never looked good after 6 months, the heat generated by the brakes and the exposure to the elements fades the paint, makes it chip, and change shades. It just ends up looking cheap IMO.
