Thanks a lot, ipsedixit. I will definitely follow this advice. I am tactful for sure, and do not want to be "that guy" who causes a ruckus for something as small as a quart of oil. At the same time, I will not waive when it comes to my principles, and this is absolutly a matter of principle. I just want for the Service Center to acknowledge the fact that it is wrong for a customer to have to pay for a quart of oil once a month for a car that is less that 6 months old and has less that 3000 miles on it, especially when we all know that our 04 Maintenance is factored into our sticker prices, lol
