"How close is it, in terms of feel & quality & lighting, to the original knob?"
Seems mostly the same except when navigating a long list (like a long playlist), then if you rush it feels weird (though no actual effect). I turn slower now. Press and slide feel the same. have not seen what it looks like at night yet.
