The main thing that puts me off the M Performance wheel is that it's Alcantara. I've had an Alcantara wheel before and they are very difficult to keep clean and in good condition. They tend to feel 'sticky' very quickly (within a few hours of cleaning) and the Alcantara goes woolly and then bobbly after 20-30k miles. I don't suppose they are available in leather?
