Well, he is happy enough for me to phone up the finance company and he can pay the outstanding balance then I clear the rest with my card on the same call. We are doing it at a BMW dealership. With regards to the V5, he told me it is done online nowadays which I kinda know, then the original plates can be placed back for immediate use and be driven away. But to receive a new hard copy V5 in the post will take a few days which will be forwarded to me after signing it.
