What if you pay the money into his account and the bank puts a stop on his account for security reasons.... 26k going in and then straight out would be flagged up at most banks as money laundering I would imagine

Sorry, I should have made it clear that he didn't specifically mention that I NEED to pay the cash into his account, I just wasn't sure if it is possible to "pay partially" to the existing finance
I need to phone the finance company up 2morow to see if it is possible
