My Vorsteiner spoiler has been glued (presumably with epoxy) AND taped and holding incredibly well for 7 months now. It has to come off in about a week since Vorsteiner is sending me a free replacement because mine developed a bit of sun damage (from this hellish Florida heat) and now I'm a little worried as to how safely it will come off. The dealer is reassuring me it should come off without damaging the trunk or further damaging the spoiler, but I'm nervous as most of my friends had advised against glueing it on. If it does come off cleanly, however, I'd see no reason to not glue yours to the trunk with epoxy.
