OK, I will answer my own question. The local BMW dealership (Weatherford BMW of Berkeley) recommended Wheel Repair Solutions out of San Rafael. They did an excellent job and the repaired wheel is indistinguishable from new. Furthermore, they have a mobile service and will come to you if required.
