If you put the front seat all of the way back it will foul the wind deflector but you would have to be pretty tall to have to drive like that.
No it doesn't "fold down" when you go fast. On a continental trip last summer I got as fast as 140 mph with no problems whatsoever.
With the windows up and the wind deflector in place there is not buffeting whatsoever----even Donald Trump's hair would stay in place!!!
