No it was still under Mondial extended warranty but should not be covered as they were wear and tear however they still covered it making the extended warranty bulletproof for me

Usually if they can, They try to put everything they can down to wear and tear as its a sale for them and a happy customer.

When they put a warranty claim in to Mondial, Mondial is effectively a customer so it's in their best interests to get a sale

So dealers are pretty easy to deal with when processing warranty claims, where warranty direct etc are more difficult in my opinion mate
