The warning tends to persist until I stop the car again. So it just seems like an overly sensitive system, telling me that after operating normally and then stopping in hot weather, it's hot -- which I don't doubt. I just wish the warning would go away faster once the operating temperature is down, which it definitely is.
Has anybody else had this problem?

Something isn't right , I didn't get a high temp warning doing multiple 20 minute track sessions on a 93 degree day in mine and I drove the piss out of it . I would take it by the dealer .
