You can run 305 on the rear no problem. I would run a 21x10.5 if you are lowering (which you should ;-). On springs you can run a 21x11 but if you ever go to coilovers you may want to stick with the 21x10.5 for inner fender clearance. The stance will look EXACTLY the same. You will have the exact same contact patch on the tires as well.
