Very nice combo. I wish that they did the manual in the UK but they don't. I'm not 100% sure I'd have bought one mind, but I would have liked to try it at the very least. I believe it rev matches on gear changes for you unless you're in Sport+, that sounds like the perfect combination to me.
However, from a business perspective you can see why they don't really want to offer it. Of the 800 odd M6 Gran Coupes in the US/Canada there are only about 30 manual cars (I don't have the full stats, just extrapolating from what I do have) and 8 of those were press cars. Obviously the parts are shared with the F10/F11/F12 and I don't know how many manuals of those have been sold, but that's not an economical production quantity.
