That almost looks like the tyre has been rubbing against something. Tyres on the F12/F13 series are sensitive to pressure variations, so make sure your tyre pressures are spot on. Be a good idea to also check for any play in the rear suspension joints.

Thanks for the reply, I've only recently bought the car and I have to say I found the tyres unpressurized by around 5 psi so I'm hoping that the low pressure and the hard side wall of run flats has caused this. I have opted for a new set of normal tyres to replace these with should I still use the OEM pressures even though they aren't RFT? I think it's 2.4 bar all round
