yes ACS doesnt make their own suspension parts. their shocks are always made by sachs too. the drop and spring rates might be to ACS' specs, but they're 100% made by eibach. i bought an ACS cup kit before for another BMW i had, and it says eibach and sachs on all the stuff along with the ACS logos and boxes. eibach also makes ACS sway bars too. no tuner makes their own parts, every brabus, techart, acs, etc stuff ive ever bought for my cars was always rebranded stuff. REMUS makes ACS and Brabus exhausts as well. all these things ive bought for various cars ive owned and its all made by this company or another always rebadged.
