Drive train issues / clutch

Does anyone know what the life of these clutches are ? . I currently have 22k on the clock and the car is starting to drive like a kangaroo when in M mod around town .

When on the motorway at around 80mph , the rev counter starts to climb without any assistance on the loud pedal .. It's only when you touch it , the rev drops back to normal ? Could it be a software bug ?

I know that most DCT on the exotics need replacing around 20k , Porsches are around 60k , so I am hoping that German engineering would last longer ..
