Almost certainly not. The trapezoidal tip is welded around the dual outlets. I don’t know that you would ever burn or grind it off and still be able to get the tips on, assuming the outlets are even the same size (I think they are). If you cut the trapezoidal tip off, there won’t be enough outlet left to install them.
