Yes, you can put angel eyes on the car without replacing the whole headlight. The car already has angel eyes im assuming you just want them to be white. So all you need to change is a bulb.
As for aftermarket parts, stay away from a body kit unless you need one for racing purposes. If you want to add power, go with an exhaust system and an intake system to start things off.
