I believe later in the fall as it won't be before they reach the US for normal orders. Dealers will charge whatever the market is willing to bear as you know. But, the issue becomes that initially the ED cars may come out of a dealers allocation, so if this is the case, they have no reason to allow u to buy the car at ED discount since the lose the allocation slot and profit. If u want an ED car, u should probably wait a while till they offer them as standalone builds that don't impact the dealers allocations or you may pay a premium
