you need to activate the audio on your phone.
you have option to activate telephone and audio.
Go to menu. then select Telephone. in Telephone menu select Bluetooth. it shows your phone. scroll on your phone and then press option on IDrive. select the Configure phone and then activate both telephone and audio.
