It's a painfully exciting time. The pain gets better once it hits the ocean as it seems like a relatively firm timeline is in place.
I don't know why BMW doesn't promote the phone system as much as MyBMW. I memorized all of the numbers and extensions so I could check the status in < 25 seconds - it adds up when you check 15 to 20 times a day.
