So obviously NYS does't offer MSD program, that would make too much sense. I met with a local dealer here today and he said he doesn't have to offer the .0003 ED adder - is that correct? Also, in the scenario below I put the same amount down v a 7MSD, can you took at look and comment? What would you do?
