regarding that black car in the link, as far as i can tell from the pictures, the offset looks mostly ok. If you lower it like he did and put people in the back, rubbing looks doesn't look highly probable except on big dips on his current setup.
but make that 295 and it looks like rubbing. my last car rubbed all the time...hate hate hate hate f'ing hate that issue now after i burned through multiple tires
