Check out the pricing guide for the 2014 6 Series on the stickied thread at the top of the forum. The guide clearly lists the manual tranny (2MA) as an option for an M6 (any), but lists no such option for 640/650. So given that and given how the build-your-own web page works at bmwusa.com, I'd have to say that the manual tranny is only available for the M6.
Be prepared to fork over more money if you want the manual that bad.
