It's the Same Pad as non Ceramic equipped cars. The Ceramic rotor concept is reduced mass, better inital bite from increased brake torque, and the increased longevity with OEM pads.

It's just that it's quite strange that one of the first bad comments was that it had
significant fade. That is highly unusual and again, I've never heard of that comment for a car fitted with ceramic brakes in a car test.
