On the bright side at least your car got to the U.S. quick. Sorry to hear about your troubles though.
Did you get them to transport it on the flatbed to the port? Did they at least waive the 85 euro charge?
I did ED on the 8th, and also didn't get to drive the car, but that was for personal reasons. Not because of BMW>
