1) Lower it around 20mm (Springs)
2) Spacers all around, not sure about the thickness...guess 15mm per side..

To be honest, it looks fantastic as it is right now, i'm probably wrong, but lowering the car will change the ride quality (more bumpy) but i'm not sure
