I did some searching and found out some clues.

It's got something to do with the Slope hold function (not falling backwards after stopping at a slope), and the car mistakenly thinks it's in a slope and applies a brake of its own when just standing on a flat surface, and when brake pedal is lifted, and it's owen brake released, the jerking.

Supposedly the reason for this happening is that, in some parking spaces, they have a wheel stoppage rubber for the real wheel on the ground so that you don't back up into the wall or the car behind you, and when the car frequently touches that stoppage rubber and the car's engine turned off, it's slope hold functions gets a little weird.


In fact my apartment's parking spaces have that stoppage rubber on the ground, and I did always park with the real wheel touching the rubber.
After learning this, I avoided backing up that far and so far this jerking movement has not reappeared.
