It sounds like I may need to just stick with a 3er coupe for daily driving. I like the looks of the 6, but it doesn't sound like it'd make as good a utility car. I tend to toss the dry cleaning, groceries and assorted whatever I buy in the back, and it would likely be fine for that. But as I said originally, once in a while I have to drive a third person to lunch or something. And even though I'm always chiding my partners about their weight, I don't dislike their corpulence so much that I would want to squeeze one of them back there. In my 3er, a normally sized person can sit there in comfort -- there's a decent amount of leg and shoulder room -- even for a longer ride (say a couple hours).
