Does anyone know where the touch module is located? I couldn't find it.

It works like a normal iDrive without the touch function if plugged in without the module. I am surprised is plugs in the non touch wiring.

Update: I figured it out. The touch module is an add on, lol. I thought it was replacing a non touch module. Makes sense for the Y cable.
