Just seen your PM I'm away at the moment but will send you some hi res images of mine with the 408m's on. Mines RWD rather than xdrive rear is flush with the 25 offset and front is also pretty flush. Clearance to the front knuckle is obviously tighter than with the 373m wheel (which is my summer wheel). So unless there is differences between the front knuckle other than the obvious hole for the drive shaft they should fit fine.
Same story with my local dealers stating that the 408m won't fit my car because it's not a m5/6. The key here for me is that others are running m5 wheels on std 6'ers so given these are for both m5 and m6 with no difference to offsets you shouldn't have any problem. I just had to agree that they were non refundable even if they didn't fit.
