Akra isn't making them because the government is cracking down on aftermarket product companies that tamper with vehicle emission components. Some companies are already removing items from their product list, some are slowly doing the same and/or declining sales to certain states.
You can buy GT Haus or Evolution Racewerks still. Both are great brands with perfect fitment.
My only recommendation is to have them ceramic coated or use the heat wraps. The factory catalytic convertor absorbs heat and when removing the "cat" all the heat will be baking the back of the cylinder heads and there reviews from engine builders that this is creating issues.
Wrap them or ceramic coat and you are good to go.
Some powercoat facilities offer ceramic coating on average $100 per downpipe.
