A few key things in calculating lease payment are "money factor", "residual value" and "selling price". Here's a very educational article about how the monthly payment is calculated:

Once you are familiar with all the terms,

http://www.ridewithg.com where you can find the most updated RV for all models.
In addition, the sub forum called "Ask the dealer" under Bimmerfest is extremely helpful. Lots of educational posts along with the real deals people got.
